Vantage Point Title’s National Centralized Operation gives us the ability to handle all aspects of the transaction with consistent service and pricing. Our unique centralized process gives our clients “One Point of Contact” and the ability to provide National coverage and manage their customer expectations.
- Vantage Point will receive the Title Order, Perform the Title Search, Process the file, Manage the closing utilizing our in-house National Notary Service. After a successful closing, Vantage Point will receive back and Warehouse the signed package, which will then be uploaded to ResWare for our clients immediate review. Upon review, Vantage Point will obtain Funding Approval from the Lender and then Issue Wires to the appropriate parties, making the closing a seamless transaction; we will then Record and issue Final Policy.
