- Legal Description (may be abbreviated but must include at least the Block, Lot and Plat OR the Section, Township and Range as well as the page within the document that the full description is located).

Return To statement must be stated on the first page and is the only thing allowed in the top 3” margin.
If the above Margin requirements are not met, a coversheet is required and is included in the document page count. There are 2 different coversheets to use.
- If the document does not comply with the 3” margin, use the “Cover Sheet”.
- If the document contains any pages that do not conform to the 1” Margins, use the “Cover sheet – Non-Conforming 1 inch margin”. There is an additional Penalty fee for use of this cover sheet.
NOTE: if either of the coversheets is used for an Assignment OR Subordination you must include the borrower’s name as the Grantor if the borrower is stated on the document.
